1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and ta776 ("ta776," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the domain ta776.cam. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ta776 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the payment page. 4.2 Withdrawals

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ta776 services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Initial Contact: You agree to contact ta776 customer support first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to our support team, which will be reviewed by senior management.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the arbitration taking place in Metro Manila.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ta776.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

ta776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you, subject to deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to ta776. Bonus funds and unrealized bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. A cooling-off period may apply to protect against impulsive decisions made during active play.

12. Amendments to Terms
